Position Overview
 
In this role, you will be an essential part of our production and maintenance team, ensuring that our facility operates smoothly and our concrete pumper trucks are built to the highest standards. We are looking for candidates who can work independently while maintaining a team-oriented attitude. Whether you are performing specialized mechanical assembly or supporting site operations through general labor, your contribution will directly impact our manufacturing success.
본 포지션은 생산 및 유지보수 팀의 핵심 역할로, 공장 운영이 원활하게 이루어지고 콘크리트 펌프 트럭이 최고 품질로 제작될 수 있도록 다양한 작업을 수행합니다. 독립적으로 업무를 수행할 수 있으면서도 팀워크를 중요하게 생각하는 분을 찾고 있습니다.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
- Perform assembly, maintenance, and repair operations on heavy-duty and general machinery components.
- Execute general site clean-up and remove debris/trash to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Load, unload, and move materials across the facility using appropriate equipment as assigned.
- Assist in light construction tasks and specialized manufacturing processes (on-the-job training provided for specific equipment).
- Install metal components at various heights with a strict emphasis on safety protocols and structural integrity.
- Maintain basic records of tasks performed and follow engineering/production instructions.

- 작업장 청소 및 폐기물·잔해물 정리 등 안전하고 정돈된 환경 유지
- 지게차 등 장비를 활용한 자재 상·하차 및 이동
- 경량 건설 작업 및 특수 제조 공정 보조 (장비 관련 OJT 제공)
- 고소 작업을 포함한 금속 부품 설치 (안전 규정 준수 필수)
- 작업 기록 작성 및 엔지니어링/생산 지침 준수
 
Qualifications
 
- Previous experience in a mechanical, automotive, or construction environment is preferred.
- A valid welding ticket and/or welding experience is considered a significant asset.
- Ability to stand for long periods, work in all weather conditions, and lift objects ranging from light to heavy.
- Must possess steel-toe work boots and be comfortable working at heights.
- Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a "growth-oriented" mindset.
- Korean language skills preferred.

- 용접 자격증 또는 용접 경험 보유 시 큰 장점
- 장시간 서서 근무 가능, 실내·실외 환경 모두에서 작업 가능
- 경량~중량 물품 취급 가능
- 안전화(steel-toe boots) 필수, 고소 작업 가능자
- 성실한 근무 태도, 원활한 의사소통 능력, 성장 지향적 마인드
- 한국어 가능자 우대

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Day shift, 8 hour
- Overtime, weekends as needed
